Greater Noida: Students of Greater Noida World School (GNWS) visited the OPPO Manufacturing Plant in Greater Noida as part of an educational industrial tour aimed at providing practical exposure to modern manufacturing and technology.
During the visit, students observed the complete smartphone production process, including automated assembly lines, quality testing, packaging, and AI-enabled manufacturing systems. A key highlight was the opportunity to assemble a smartphone under the guidance of OPPO technical experts, offering valuable hands-on experience.
Senior Manager Varthi Chaitanya Kumar interacted with students, sharing insights into electronics manufacturing, innovation, and career opportunities in the technology sector. The visit also featured interactive sessions on research and development, sustainability, quality assurance, and industrial best practices. Principal Manju Kaul said such industry visits bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications, helping students develop practical knowledge, analytical thinking, and career awareness. The school thanked the OPPO team for their support and reaffirmed its commitment to organizing more experiential learning opportunities for students.
