Jio Institute has officially commenced the ECIS Middle Leader Programme – Edition 4.0, bringing together 88 K–12 educators and academic coordinators from more than 15 cities across India for a five-day leadership development programme.
The programme began with an inspiring inaugural ceremony featuring the traditional lighting of the lamp, setting the tone for five days of collaborative learning, meaningful discussions, and professional growth. Addressing the participants, Mr. V. P. Joy, Senior Executive Vice President, Reliance Industries Limited, encouraged educators to adopt a “learn-it-all” mindset, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and adaptive leadership in today’s evolving education landscape.
