IIM Raipur concluded Utkarsh, a three-day Management Development Programme for retail outlet dealers of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). The programme featured case studies, simulations and interactive sessions covering customer-centricity, dealership operations, financial management, customer acquisition, digital marketing and business strategy. Directed by Dr. Indirah Indibara and Dr. Himanshu Shekhar Srivastava, Assistant Professors of Marketing at IIM Raipur, the initiative aimed to strengthen participants’ managerial capabilities and operational decision-making. The valedictory session was attended by senior BPCL representatives and Dr. Sanjeev Prashar, Director-in-Charge, IIM Raipur.
